What is a Mummy MOT?
A Mummy MOT is a specialist physiotherapy assessment designed for women during pregnancy and after childbirth. Many women experience pelvic floor weakness, back pain, abdominal separation (diastasis recti), and postural changes—yet these issues often go untreated.

The postnatal assessment is suitable for women from 6 weeks postpartum (or even years later!) and focuses on helping you recover, rebuild strength, and prevent long-term issues.
